Stand With #TeamInternet on Sept. 15.

Dear Friend,

Companies like Comcast and Verizon are trying to seize control of the Internet. And they're just about the only ones cheering FCC Chairman Tom Wheeler's plan to allow discrimination online.

Here's the thing: We refuse to let these companies have the last word.

On Sept. 15 we're holding a big rally in New York City to save Net Neutrality and stop the Comcast merger — and we want you to be part of it. Click here to join us.

The stakes in this fight couldn’t be higher.

We need a free and open Internet to access vital news and information. We need it for free speech to flourish and small businesses to thrive. And we need it to raise up important conversations about racism, sexism, homophobia and all the other topics mainstream media outlets push to the sidelines.

Join us on Sept. 15. Let’s show these companies and the FCC that we won’t stop fighting until the Internet we love is wild and free.

Rally to Save the Internet
When: Mon., Sept. 15, from 12:30–1:30 p.m.
Where: City Hall Park Eastern Plaza (Chambers Street and Park Row), New York City
Bring: Plenty of energy and a big, bold sign with your message to the FCC

Stand with #TeamInternet and sign up for the rally today. Together we can speak out and push the FCC to do the right thing.

Thanks for all that you do—

Mary Alice, Candace, Julia and the rest of the Free Press team
